The companies within The Connexus Group, Partner businesses, appointed representatives and suppliers all conform to strict rules and maintain a clear audit trail in order to comply with regulatory requirements expected by our key accounts and ourselves. We ensure a consist, well-documented decision-making process when dealing with data protection, training and contract management.
In the last year, The Group has embraced GDPR across all businesses and continue to prepare for and investigate the ramifications of Brexit. All data is held in secure locations and hosting is provided by market-leading organisations. The Group has ISO 27001 accreditation, having completed the official review in 2019.
The Group has invested heavily in off–site disaster recovery arrangements to ensure they comply with guidelines set by Lloyd’s market and other insurer clients.
