Connexus Vehicle Solutions work in collaboration with both Connexus Vehicle Assessors and Connexus Insurance Solutions to manage accidents by having the vehicle engineered within 24 hours and thereafter preparing a triage report confirming the swiftest and most cost-effective way to deal with the repair or replacement of the vehicle and confirming the period of repair, cost of replacement vehicle and ensuring that storage costs are stopped and that the vehicle is moved to free storage pending repair.

As we have all these services available in the same building this keeps downtime to a minimum and ensures continuity of service for the insurer, broker, MGA or policyholder.

Our experienced and well-trained claims staff adopt an empathetic proactive approach to policyholders maintaining control of costs and ensuring that mitigation takes place without affecting the level of service received by the policyholder.
