We’ve been effectively managing credit hire claims on behalf of Insurers for over 20 years.

In recent years, the validation and defence of third-party credit hire claims has either been dealt with internally by insurers or outsourced to four or five primary organisations. There has been little change in the approach of these businesses save for one or two minor technological advantages.

Effective management, monitoring and regular auditing ensures minimal down time and excellent key to key times for all our clients, as well as ensuring tightly controlled costs.

Where discounts on labour, parts and sundries are accessed, these are passed on to out Insurer and Fleet client.

For minor repairs, Connexus have a Smart Repair Network, inclusive of a cost-conscious pricing platform without compromising our high standard of customer service.

Smart repair includes leading mobile and rapid repair centres throughout UK with full postcode coverage, enabling same day service and reducing vehicle down time.
